Southern Tropical Bachelorette Hacienda

This experienced real estate agent understood the task perfectly. She knows what it takes to stand out in a competitive real estate market. This property has murals throughout the home from different artists and we were tasked with the master and one guest bedroom. The ideal guest avatar is women, and typically used for bachelorette parties, we knew to use colors. 

During our design conversations, we uncovered the theme of "Southern Tropical." We used iconic Austin elements, with a fresh spin. We used tastefully bright colors to jump out on the listing, and layered on top of what the host already had throughout. This client gave us creative freedom and we took and ran!
