Lafayette House

Located in the eclectic Cherrywood neighborhood in Austin, our clients understood two important things with STR design: what are your property strengths and the power of branding. The crowning jewel of this property is it's sprawling back yard area. The property owners had done a magnificent job of curating lounging areas and activities, complete with a putting green, fire pit, picnic table and several sitting areas. To complete the vibe for the outdoor area, we created a mural that stretched across the entirety of the back fence, with a focal point in the center for photos. We even painted matching cornhole boards for guests to enjoy. After completing the outdoor space, our clients had us return to add a touch of branding and paint their logo on the dining room wall. Every detail goes a long way in setting you rental apart.
