Location is everything with this property. The host knew exactly who to attract and told us at the beginning of the project "you girls are my ideal guest, so let's make something you would like." We used elements from our Serotonin Collection to put together a cohesive listing. We wanted to keep the southern/Austin decor because of the location right on the street.
